    We currently do not ship cables & chargers with our devices. We are hard at work sourcing the highest quality accessories, check back soon.

    The refurbishing process at Ferb involves several detailed steps to ensure that each iPhone meets the highest standards of quality and performance: Sourcing: The process starts with the careful selection of used iPhones. These devices are sourced from various channels, ensuring they are authentic and meet the requirements for refurbishment. Initial Inspection: Each sourced iPhone undergoes an initial inspection to check the device's overall condition. This involves evaluating its functionality, performance, and identifying any potential issues. Disassembly: If an iPhone passes the initial inspection, it is disassembled. Technicians take apart the device, separating components such as the battery, cameras, buttons, and screen. Component Check and Replacement: Each component is meticulously evaluated across 26 key aspects. If any part is found to be defective or underperforming, it is replaced. For example, batteries below standard life are replaced, and only genuine Apple cameras are used in the refurb process. Cleaning and Polishing: The device is thoroughly cleaned and polished using industrial machines. This includes removing any scratches and restoring the screen to a brand-new-like quality. Reassembly and Testing: Once all parts are inspected and restored, the iPhone is reassembled. It then undergoes a rigorous testing process to ensure all components are working correctly.     Stock is only obtained from reputable global vendors or suppliers who have been in-person verified & vetted by our team.

  • Can I modify my order after placing it?
    After your order has been paid for we will be unable to edit the order. Please contact help@ferb.co.za for assistance with orders.
  • How long does delivery take within South Africa?
    Orders are dispatched on the same day and delivery can take anything between 1-5 working days. We always strive for next day delivery.
  • How can I track my shipment?
    After your order has been processed you will receive an email with your tracking number as well as get contacted by our delivery partner.
  • What are your shipping charges?
    We charge a flat delivery rate of R149 for nationwide delivery in South Africa.
  • What is Ferb's return policy?
    Ferb accepts returns for products that are: unwanted, purchased in error, gifted but not needed, defective, or do not meet quality standards. Returned products must be unopened, undamaged, unused, with all original labels, stickers, packaging, and all accessories intact. The return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery. Some items like unsealed software, software subscriptions, electronic software downloads, gift cards, in-ear products, and second-hand products may not be eligible for return.
  • How do I initiate a return?
    To initiate a return, fill in the returns form on the website and log the return within 7 days of the product delivery or collection. For a faulty product or product damaged on delivery, notify Ferb within 7 days of delivery by emailing help@ferb.co.za.
  • How long does it take to process a return?
    After inspection and validation of the returned product, Ferb will process the refund within 10-14 working days.
  • Will I be charged for returning a product?
    If you request a collection of the returned product, Ferb may charge a fee to cover the cost of collection. Additionally, a courier collection fee equal to cost may be charged on refunds and exchanges.
